Shipping

All items are shipped through USPS. Orders are shipped within 48 hours unless you are notified of a back order or it’s being freshly made. SR Creations is not responsible for any loss or damages caused by USPS.

SR Creations is only shipping in the U.S. at this time.

Warranty 3-month warranty

All jewelry, if handled correctly, should last for a substantial amount of time. However, if your jewelry is damaged for any reason, please send an e-mail to SR Creations and a reply will be sent with an address with which to mail the jewelry to for free repair.

Returns

All items, are to be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, exluding shipping costs.
